Rick Little

President & CEO

Rick Little is CEO and president of the ImagineNations® Group, a global alliance of social entrepreneurs, thought leaders, investors, global brands, media, and organizations—all working together with and for young people to inspire positive change in society. ImagineNations Group is currently working in Southern Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East and North Africa.

Little brings more than 30 years of experience in working for and with young people as the founder and CEO of the International Youth Foundation (IYF) and, more recently, as founding chief executive officer of Silatech. ImagineNations is a founding partner of Silatech, a large-scale youth employment initiative of Her Highness Sheikha Mozah bint Nasser Al-Missned with broad support from other leaders and partners across the region and globally. This initiative has been created to promote large-scale job creation, entrepreneurship, and access to capital and markets for young people across the Middle East and North Africa.

Little is widely known for his work in developing a variety of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives with companies—including Nokia, The Financial Times, Nike, Gap, Groupe Danone and the Kellogg Company, among others—that result in sustainable and large-scale positive impact on their workers, and in the countries and communities where they operate.
